These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JNJ Network website and services, and form part of the agreement between you ("Client," "you") and JNJ Network ("JNJ Network," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any services you purchase from us. Where a specific project, installation, or subscription is governed by a separate signed estimate, work order, or service agreement, that document controls for the matters it addresses, and these Terms apply to everything it does not address.
JNJ Network provides website development, AI assistant integration, wireless networking, camera and video security, access control, smart-home and automation, AI vending placement, and related IT support and installation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate written estimate or agreement.
Prices, packages, and calculator results shown on this website are estimates for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer. Actual pricing depends on a site survey, hardware selection, labor, and project scope. Monthly amounts, "from" pricing, and payment-plan options are illustrative; financing and payment plans are subject to separate agreement and availability. A binding price is provided only in a written quote.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due on the terms stated in your estimate or agreement. Deposits may be required before work or hardware ordering begins, and are subject to Section 5 below for residential home improvement work. Late balances may be subject to reasonable fees as permitted by law.
Where a service is billed on a recurring monthly basis (including our Starter Business, Enterprise Network, Industrial Stack, Connected Home, Smart Sanctuary, and Residential Fort plans), that subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel a recurring plan by written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and we do not provide partial-month refunds except where required by law. One-time setup fees are non-recurring and are addressed in your written estimate.
For installation work performed at a residential property in New York State, New York General Business Law Article 36-A ("Home Improvement Contracts") applies to contracts above the statutory threshold. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, limit, or replace any right or protection afforded to a homeowner under Article 36-A or other applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory right to cancel a covered home improvement contract until midnight of the third business day after signing. Residential installation work is governed by a separate written contract that includes the disclosures required by law, including our business name, address, and telephone number, a description of the work and materials, the total price and payment schedule, applicable insurance disclosures, and the required notice of cancellation. If any provision of that separate contract conflicts with these Terms, the separate written contract controls for residential home improvement work.
We install and configure equipment and software from third parties (including Ubiquiti). Such products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties and license terms. JNJ Network is not the manufacturer and does not extend or replace those manufacturer warranties.
Some services include AI-powered features, such as AI lead-qualification assistants, custom LLM dispatch agents, or AI-based video detection. These systems are automated, may rely on third-party AI models, and can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected results. AI-generated communications, recommendations, or
